Secret Level: Underground
You first unlock the the warehouse rock level. Then you go over the big half pipe and there is a key above the middle of the halfpipe. When you get it, it will say you unlocked a secret level.

Get to the secret level "Warehouse Rock"
When your are playing the level TJ Backyard, then there is a key by the old van. When you can get it, the key will unlock "Warehouse Rock".
