Enter "ROCKSTAR" as a name. Pause the game and enable the "Invulnerability" option
Invulnerability and Level Select
Enter "ROCKSTAR" as a name. Pause the game and enable the "Invulnerability" option.
With "ROCKSTAR" entered as a name at the mission select screen press the over (L+R) buttons to select your mission.
