Survival & Three-Minute Attack Modes
Beat the game under any difficulty to unlock Survival and Three-Minute Attack.

Double Daggers
Beat the game under any difficulty. Save after the credits roll, then reload the saved game to start with a double dagger.

Bonus weapon
Successfully complete the game under any difficulty setting. Save the game after the credits complete. Reload the saved game to start with a new double dagger weapon in addition to your original two weapons at their levels in the previous game.

3 minute battle mode
Play the China-town level after getting the Katar. Climb up the Chinese house that has the huge flame on the porch. When you are up there, someone will surprise attack. Kill him and go to the opposite side of the part you climbed up to. Go to the back of the house, but stay on the balcony. Jump to the building on the far side (all the way down, as far as you can see) and look around for another piece of paper. Walk into it, and you will unlock the 3 minute battle mode option.

Boss battle mode
Play the Wisdom Headquarters level and proceed through until you have activated the main elevator. Enter the library on the unrestricted side and go upstairs. The door at the top should now be open. Go upstairs and exit out onto the balcony. Jump onto the chandelier, then go on the other balcony., Enter the room on the other side and defeat both enemies. Get the piece of paper and you will unlock the Boss battle mode option.
