God mode
Successfully complete the game under the Fetish difficulty setting, then press (Down) (2), (B), (Up), (X), (Y), (X), (White), (Up)x2, (L), (Y) at the title screen. The message "God Mode" will appear at the bottom of the screen to confirm correct code entry. Note: The game cannot normally be saved while this code is enabled. Use the following trick to save the game while in God mode. Enable the God mode code, then finish a few levels with a three star rank or higher until you get a bonus level (Hard as Nails, Brawl, ect.). Then, play one of the bonus levels, die, and quit. This will reset the codes you enabled. Next, play any easy level and save at one of the check points. You will keep all the stars that you have earned with the cheat codes.

Cheat mode
The following codes have no effect until you complete the both levels with at a five star rank under the hardcore difficulty setting to unlock them. Each code has two parts, each of which are unlocked by a specific level (for example, at the end of level 1 and level 2 with at least a three star rank). When this is done, one half of a code will appear at the bottom of the image that is now unlocked in the "Bonus Features" menu. Once both halves (images) are unlocked, that specific code can now be activated in any level in the game.

Helium Hunters
Press (R)x2, (Y), (B), (X), (Black), (L), (Down) at the main menu. Complete the Strapped for Cash and View Of Innocence levels to unlock this code. Enemies will have high pitched voices.
Invisibility
Press (X)x3, (Down), (X), (Down), (B), (Up) at the main menu. Complete the Trained To Kill and Border Patrol levels to unlock this code.
Fully Equipped
Press (R), (White), (L), (Black), (Down), (Up), (Left), (Up) at the main menu. Complete the Drunk Driving and Graveyard Shift levels to unlock this code. You will have all weapons.
Monkey Skin
Press (X)x2, (White), (Down), (Y), (X), (B), (Down) at the main menu. Complete the Press Coverage and Wrong Side Of The Tracks levels to unlock this code.
Piggsy Skin
Press (Up), (Down), (Left)x2, (R), (White), (L)x2 at the main menu. Complete the Key Personnel and Deliverance levels to unlock this code.
Rabbit Skin
Press (Left), (R)x2, (Y), (R)x2, (X), (L) at the main menu. Complete the Kill The Rabbit and Divided They Fall levels to unlock this code.
Regenerate
Press (White), (Right), (B), (White), (Black), (Down), (B), (Left) at the main menu. Complete the Fueled By Hate and Grounds For Assault levels to unlock this code.
Runner
Press (White)x2, (L), (White), (Left), (Right), (Left), (Right) at the main menu. Complete the Born Again and Doorway Into Hell levels to unlock this code. This code allows unlimited sprint.
Silence
Press (R), (L), (White), (L), (Right), (Left)x3 at the main menu. Complete the Road To Ruin and White Trash levels to unlock this code. Enemies will no longer be able to hear you.
Super Punch
Press (L), (Y)x3, (B)x3, (R) at the main menu. Complete the Mouth Of Madness and Doing Time levels to unlock this code.
Hard as Nails mini-game
Successfully complete levels 1 through 5 five a three star or greater rank.
Brawl Game mini-game
Successfully complete levels 6 through 10 five a three star or greater rank.
Monkey See, Monkey Die! mini-game
Successfully complete levels 11 through 15 five a three star or greater rank.
Time 2 Die mini-game
Successfully complete levels 16 through 20 five a three star or greater rank.
Grounds For Assault level: Sawed-off shotgun
There is a shotgun in the padlocked closet. After you get the crowbar, go back to where you killed the third Wardog in the level (by door with the rope that you have to cut with the machete). Use the crowbar on that padlock to get a sawed-off shotgun that you can use throughout the level.
Kill The Rabbit level: Live body
Before the room where you have to put the body on the plate to open the door, there is a morgue-like room with a body in a bodybag on a trolley. Walk past it a few times and it will bolt upright and make a sound.

Mouth Of Madness level: Bonus item
In this level, you must kill the smiley hunter on the tower and bring his body to the guard room. Kill the hunter on the tower and make sure to cut off his head. However, do not bring his body to the guard room (just his head). An intermission sequence will show you entering the guard room with only the head. Starkweather will say "For bringing this head I will leave you a little gift in the next location". Look around for the unknown item.

Easy five star rating in hardcore mode
Successfully complete the game in Fetish mode. Then, enable the "God mode" code and play the game in hardcore mode. You will be invincible. Execute everyone. If you are seen, run into the shadows, execute him, then run through the level.
