At the title screen, as the words are coming together and you hear the
crashing noises, hit X, Square, Circle, Triangle very quickly. That will
give you infinite ammo for the GHK-79. For an unlimited Health bar, hit
L1, R1, R2, L2 fast at the title screen, but you can still die if you
fall off the ledge.
