At the main menu push these buttons in this order.

Note: If you press this in correctly there will be some words in the bottom left corner. If not it's incorrect.

McLaren F1 LM:
Press Square, L1, Square, L1, Triangle, Right, Triangle, Right at the main menu. A message will confirm correct code entry. Alternately, win the World Championship.
Unlock Ferrari F550:
At the main menu, press L1, Square, L1, Square, Right, R1, Right, R1.
Unlock Ferrari F50:
At the main menu, press L1, Triangle, L1, Triangle, Right, L2, Right, L2.
Car codes:
If you try to save a car you that was unlocked by a code, the car will not save. You will have to enter the code each time you play.
Aston Martin V12 Vanquish:
Press R2, Right, R2, Right, Triangle, Left, Triangle, Left at the main menu. A message will confirm correct code entry.
BMW Z8:
Press Square, Right, Square, Right, R2, Triangle, R2, Triangle at the main menu. A message will confirm correct code entry.
Chevrolet Corvette Z06:

Alternately, successfully complete Hot Pursuit Event 13.
